Clinic Hours

CFHWM shares an office with South Bay Sports and Preventive Medicine Associates.

CFHWM staff hours are as follows:
All time in Pacific Standard Time Monday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Tuesday 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Wednesday 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Thursday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Friday Closed

Saturday Closed

Sunday Closed

Our office closes for most major holidays. When in doubt, give us a call.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking garage under the building. There is also a parking lot in front of and to the side of the building. If you're able, we recommend parking in the basement and taking the stairs.

In order for you to make an informed decision about our joining our program, we offer free, no obligation information sessions throughout the month.
This is first step to getting started in either our HMR at Home classes or our in clinic weight loss program.
