CFHWM shares an office with South Bay Sports and Preventive Medicine Associates.

CFHWM staff hours are as follows: All time in Pacific Standard Time		Monday	8:30 am - 2:00 pm
		Tuesday	2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
		Wednesday	8:30 pm - 7:00 pm
		Thursday	8:30 am - 2:00 pm
		Friday	Closed
		Saturday	Closed
		Sunday	Closed

Our office closes for most major holidays. When in doubt, give us a call.

Parking
Parking is available in the parking garage under the building. There is also a parking lot in front of and to the side of the building. If you're able, we recommend parking in the basement and taking the stairs.
