FAQs Shipping & Returns...
	Q:	What is your return policy?
	A:	We cannot accept returns on product. If there is an error in your order please contact us as soon as possible by calling (408) 885-1330 or sending us a message. You may also use the online contact form
	Q:	What method of shipping do you use?
	A:	Your order will be shipped via UPS ground.
	Q:	How long will it take for my order to arrive?
	A:	Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Please allow 3-10 business days from the date of shipment.
	Q:	How much will I pay for shipping?
	A:	Shipping in the contintntal U.S. is FREE on all orders over $199.99. Otherwise it’s a flat rate of $9.95. Express shipping charges apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
	Q:	What if I want express shipping?
	A:	Rush shipping is a 2-day air service. Delivery can take form 3-5 business days from date of shipment. The cost for rush shipping varies depending on your order. Minimum cost will be $25.
	Q:	I live out of the United States. Can I have products shipped to me?
	A:	We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
