The ProgramThe Center for Health & Weight Management offers a variety of easy to follow diet programs, one of which will likely suit your lifestyle needs. No matter what diet you choose, you will find that you won't go hungry!
Reach Your Goals & Maintain Weight LossSuccessful weight management is a matter of learning and practicing new skills, not simply willpower. Our programs focus on teaching new lifestyle skills for decreasing calories, increasing physical activity, and eating more vegetables and fruits to help you manage your weight and improve your overall health. All of our programs are based on extensive research and 23 years worth of HMR® expertise. One of our program guidelines is More Is Better™. We will encourage you to stave off hunger by eating MORE low-calorie meal replacements and fruits and vegetables when you need to, resulting in BETTER diet adherence. By practicing the More Is Better strategy you'll reach your weight loss goals sooner, without feeling deprived. Remember, all of our programs are based on strategies that are proven to work. Maintenance: Continued Support for Long Term SuccessAfter the weight loss phase, participants can attend weekly maintenance classes where they continue to receive support while learning additional, simple strategies for successful long-term weight management. The maintenance program is offered both in our clinic and for our HMR at Home® clients via conference call. It is designed for those who have completed the weight loss phase. The maintenance phase is critical for those interested in keeping the weight off.
