In-Clinic Options:Personal Coaching, Guidance & SupportIn weekly classes, behavioral health educators teach participants the specific "how to's" of weight loss, including how to reduce calories without feeling hungry, as well as simple strategies to add physical activity and more fruits and vegetables into the daily routine. Educators/coaches help participants learn to manage their weight within a structure of personal accountability and follow-up.
Decision Free™ Diets:Rapid weight loss with SupervisionPromotes rapid and significant weight loss under medical supervision. This option is ideal for anyone who wants to lose 30 pounds or more, or whose health requires medical monitoring. These diets use only nutritionally complete HMR meal replacements (weight loss shakes and entrées) instead of grocery store food. These diets are considered low calorie or very low calorie with minimum daily caloric consumption ranging from 500-800. Again, More is Better™. Healthy Solutions®:Moderate Weight Loss without SupervisionPromotes more moderate weight loss without medical supervision. This option uses nutritionally complete HMR weight loss shakes and entrées along with unlimited servings of vegetables and fruits. Although medical supervision does not ordinarily accompany this diet option, it is available for patients who prefer to lose weight with the help of vegetables and fruits, but who also want or need the supervision of our physician.
