I’ve lost and kept off 50 pounds with the HMR® Program. I came in because of my health; I was sedentary and my cholesterol was dangerously high. The program challenged me to increase my physical activity until I can now surpass even my own expectations. I don’t know for sure that I have even met my limit. The longer I stay on the plan, the more energy I have.

The program is structured so there is no guess-work; it allows you to lose weight while you are learning your new behavior techniques. It’s supportive and always focuses on the positive. The shakes and entrees taste great and offer unlimited combinations and taste experiences. They are portable (they don’t require refrigeration) and travel easily if you don’t eat all your meals at home.

The program is about accountability. When you are done you have the tools you need and you have learned to be accountable to the choices you make.

The record keeping allows you to go back to weeks that were especially successful for you and repeat the same behavior. There is homework (groan) but it is another way that HMR shows you what you can accomplish; it challenges you to think outside of your usual vision and opens up your mind to things you can do that you hadn’t even thought of.

There are lots of challenges, some with significant rewards, but the biggest "prize" of all is to finally lose weight and keep it off.
